Shipping Policy and Fees

Currently we are only able to ship to addresses in the United States.  We use United Parcel Service (UPS).

It is our intent to always have every item shown online in stock, ready for shipping. We will make every attempt to immediately remove any item that goes out of stock. We will never simply mark an item as "out of stock".

We will ship every order the next business day.

Return Policy

Kite flying is about fun; if toys aren't fun, they're not toys. We here at Into the Blue want you to be happy with your purchases and have fun with them. If you aren't happy with them you may return them as outlined below.

You may return for exchange, or refund in the original form of payment, any merchandise that was damaged in transit and any merchandise that was defective at the time of delivery.

We cannot accept return of kites damaged while being flown or any merchandise not in its complete, original packaging.

We may assess a restocking fee for items that are returned in sellable condition.
