Kite flying is about fun; if toys aren't fun, they're not toys. We here at Into the Blue want you to be happy with your purchases and have fun with them. If you aren't happy with them you may return them as outlined below.

• You may return for exchange, or refund in the original form of payment, any merchandise that was damaged in transit and any merchandise that was defective at the time of delivery.

• We cannot accept return of kites damaged while being flown or any merchandise not in its complete, original packaging.

• We may assess a restocking fee for items that are returned in sellable condition.
